Includes telephone triage (approximately 10 minutes), pool session with poolside assessment (25 Minutes).

25 mins session with the physio in the pool.

2-3 clients per physio.
Individual programme with close support of a physio.

25 mins of group exercise, led by physiotherapist.

Self-led sessions - £12
25 mins in the water.
An initial session needs to be completed first. We recommend a follow up session to go through personalised exercise sheet before starting self led. All equipment provided.
Payment needs to be completed 48 hours prior to your session. Cancellation within these 48hours is non-refundable.
